Hello, Backers!

We’ve noticed that a number of you recently have been updating your addresses through Indiegogo.

Unfortunately, these changes are effectively lost now because we’ve already moved everything over to BackerKit. To prevent further confusion, we’ve locked all IGG changes.

So if you’ve recently updated your mailing address or need to, please do so on BackerKit. While you’re there you can also select your platform, T-shirt size, and anything else related to your contribution!

Please check your e-mail for a link to your BackerKit survey, and if you don’t have one, you can claim it here.

If you submit your e-mail address there and don’t get the survey, then you probably contributed under a different e-mail address. In that case, please contact BackerKit support and ask to have your contribution updated with a new e-mail address.

Once you have your survey filled out, you can always go back to update it if you want to change your address, select a different platform, upgrade your pledge or purchase add-ons.
